Privacy Policy

This policy covers the CastFellowship publishing tool and this website. The tool is private software that CastFellowship runs on its own computer to post its own videos to its own accounts. It has no public sign-up and no outside users.
Information the tool uses from Google
When CastFellowship connects its YouTube channel, the tool asks Google for two permissions:
- Upload videos (
youtube.upload), to publish CastFellowship's videos with their titles, descriptions and tags. - Read channel details (
youtube.readonly), to confirm which channel is connected, show its name and picture in the tool, and check the status of uploads.
How that information is used
It's used only to run the tool for CastFellowship's own channel. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except Google, as needed to carry out those uploads.
CastFellowship's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where it's stored
Google sign-in tokens and channel details are kept in a private file on CastFellowship's own computer. They aren't sent to any other server.
Other platforms
The tool also posts CastFellowship's videos, captions and hashtags to its Instagram and TikTok accounts. That content goes to Meta and TikTok, and passes through the services used to deliver it: Zernio for TikTok, and temporary Cloudflare storage for some Instagram uploads. None of this involves information from Google.
YouTube and Google
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access and data
Access can be removed at any time from the Google account permissions page or by disconnecting YouTube in the tool, which also deletes the stored sign-in tokens. To ask about any of this, email the address below.
People who watch our videos
The tool doesn't collect information about viewers. Each platform where our videos appear has its own privacy policy.
This website
This site has no accounts, forms, cookies or analytics of our own. Its host, Cloudflare, may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
